Since 2015 TSD Construction has been installing HVAC systems utilizing a friend and family member, Christopher Shaw. During that time Tim learned relatively little about the HVAC business, leaning heavily on Chris’s expertise, and his expertise is extensive. At some point in 2016 it became clear that Chris would open his own HVAC business someday, so he started to put the time in on his licensing and the hundred other things that go along with opening your own contracting company.

While Chris had been preparing his business to open, Tim had been studying and getting ready to go “all in” with this new and exciting venture, looking forward to learning a new trade and excited to be a part of something that will no doubt be a household name in the not too distant future. Tim made his application to the CSLB for a sales license under Chris’s license, and now is ready to contract directly for Love and Care.

About Chris:

Chris ShawChristopher Shaw, the owner and founder of Love and Care Heating and Air (Love and Care), has been in the residential heating and air industry since 1997.

Chris was hired by an industry leader at the age of 17 and since then has primarily worked for two of the local heavyweights, learning--growing and teaching--all the while dreaming and thinking about how he would run his own business when the time came.

Chris’s expertise in the industry is well documented and recognized, having earned boxes of service awards and even presented four times at AirTime 500, a national membership organization dedicated to the growth and success of HVAC contractors.

Chris is able to accurately identify system challenges, explain them clearly and concisely to clients, and present the solutions that meet the needs of the situation, all while being mindful of long term goals, budgets and unique requirements.
